Curly Leadership Skills

Over the years I have developed a series of programmes on leadership. I have taken my very best principles and created a four-series programme that will cover all the key areas of a great leader. It is my recommendation that prior to this training you must first sort yourself out so please go to the Introduction NS/NLP. It has been my experience that some of the best leaders have completed this training and then gone on to be magnificent leaders.

Having said that there are some fairly technical parts to being a leader. We refer to these as soft skills. Now here is the issue I have with this particular label firstly there is nothing soft about it. Some call it the fluffy stuff. If it is so damn fluffy, easy and soft then why do people avoid it and secondly why is it that the boss is often the most hated individual at work? Believe me I have been there. The difference was I was hated once and learned the error of my ways.  Well actually they were not my ways, they were adopted out of ignorance. My first role as a Leader I was told to treat 'em like idiots. So guess what? I treated them like idiots. And guess what I got. Yes that's right. Exactly that.

If you are lacking in HR support and are experiencing, back chat, lip, insubordination, theft, incompetence, incompatibility, poor hiring technique, non compliance, terrible sales, shocking customer service and you'd love to go on holiday knowing that when you came back everything would be sorted, then you might want to consider this programme. In my last stint as leader, I had a fantastic team of people who I loved and it was returned ten-fold. Why? Here is why, I not only taught the following principles I applied and are only too happy to share worlds of experience but really practical advice that can be taken and used immediately.
