So here is a small, but not complete list of some of the things we address daily. Gross me out set me free is a 60 minute session where you chose a product that has control over you. Sort of like a food addiction for example Pies, Chips, McDonalds. At the end of the session you will no longer have the desire to want that product anymore. If anything it will be gross. Phatt Butt is about getting addicted to exercise. Finding the motivation to get out there and do it. This is two one hour sessions Over Eating. Yeah the story usually goes "But there are starving Children in Africa" or you can literally feel your mother whaking you over the head for being wasteful when you don't eat everything on your plate. Whatever the reason the end result is eating more than what your body needs and eating what your mind desires. Two sessions will see you eating the right amount. I am Hot! Believing in self, appreciating who you are right now, loving you. Walking hot, thinking hot, being hot. You can be sexy hot, confident hot, quietly hot, cleverly hot. It is up to you.
