NCEA student, young man, I am so impressed with you. We only had a session yesterday and your dad was telling me this very morning that you and your friends accidentally knocked over a neighbours letter box (no doubt playing bull rush) and instantly owned up to it, sought dads assistance in asking for concrete so that you could fix it. Going to your neighbour and owning up and offering your solution. You are a rock star. Go you. A wonderful display of maturity, ownership and motivation to do the right thing! Feb 10

Action man. You have taken the bull by the horns, your business is going grat guns! We put a plan in place for your business and you are getting the customers you want, the business you want, your family involved, lining up your partners, spending time and truly focusing on what it is you want. Boss, well done on moving forward with what is right for your business and your team. It is not easy to when one identifies 'incompatability' resulting in loss of morale and sales and potentially loss of good quality team members. Working through the issue with that employee and coming to a mutual agreement on way forward together is a mighty step. Your consideration, your pateince and integrity is admirable.
