Ebony & Irony is an autobiogrpahical story of change. It is our belief that if you are a life coach then you better have had a life! Although it is not a pre-requisite and coaching is not about advice giving and more about processes, it is nice to know the person you are talking to is not going to be shocked by what you have to say.
