All too often training is behavioural based. What this can mean is that much investment goes into what to do and how to do it and it sometimes never gets done and we wonder why. Simple solution, there is thinking and/or feeling that is not supporting the required action.
After day one you will have completed the Confidence Course. This is not a typical confidence course however. There will not be any physical running around in the mud, cheering loudly or anyone being thrown off the side of a cliff. Our minds will first be trained. The cognitive side of the programme.
From there we will move into ‘Classic Sales’ Training. This is about the external skills of a sales person. The behaviours of a successful sales person. The things that successful sales people do and say. We will cover everything from planning, language, opportunities to execution. The behavioural side of the programme.
This is about fully integrating the psyche of a high performing sales person. The kind of sales person you can be proud of. The kind you always wanted to be. The kind the business, your customers and your suppliers absolutely rave about.
So to make sure you get that there is also a coaching session where you will spend time with a Meta Coach and clear up any debris that may still be lurking whether it be to temper the thinking, clarifying a section or problem solving. It is up to you what we cover.
